Executive Director
The Poncan Theatre is entering an exciting new chapter as we begin the search for an Executive Director to help lead our historic theatre into its next era of growth and impact.
As we continue preparing for the Poncan’s 100th anniversary and expanding our programming, community partnerships, and educational opportunities, we recognize the importance of adding additional leadership support to strengthen our organization for the future.
We also want to assure our community that the valued staff members who currently serve the Poncan Theatre remain an essential part of our team. This search is not about replacing the dedicated individuals who work tirelessly to support our mission each day. Their passion, talent, and commitment are deeply appreciated and continue to play a vital role in the success of the Poncan Theatre.
This is an opportunity to build upon the strong foundation already in place and position the Poncan for continued growth, sustainability, and service to our community for generations to come.
