The Poncan Theatre offers a variety of spaces that can be used to suit a wide variety of events.
It has been used for such events as:

The Poncan Auditorium and Public Convenience Spaces
- 792 permanent seats plus wheel chair spaces
- Two lobbies with restroom facilities
- Exterior ticket booth
